Pondok Lensa is the most comprehensive camera rental platform in Indonesia, providing professional photography and video shooting equipment rental services across three major cities: Bandung, Bali, and Jakarta. The platform serves both amateur and professional photographers and videographers with a wide range of high-quality equipment.

The Challenge

Photographers and videographers in Indonesia struggled to access high-end equipment due to prohibitive purchase costs. Existing rental services were fragmented, had limited inventory visibility, lacked online booking systems, and were geographically restricted. Customers needed a reliable, convenient platform to browse, book, and rent professional equipment across multiple locations.

The Solution

Built a comprehensive e-commerce rental platform that digitizes the entire rental process. Implemented real-time inventory management across multiple cities, online booking and payment systems, equipment availability tracking, and delivery/pickup scheduling. Added automated bank mutation detection across multiple accounts to validate customer transfers and confirm bookings without staff manually cross-checking banking apps. Created an intuitive interface showcasing detailed equipment specifications, pricing, and availability.
